    I've had the Falken Wildpeaks. Great tyre. Had 2 sets and got around 50k from each set. I am now running the Toyo AT3 and have had them on for just over 2 years and put close to 70k on them. I also upgraded to the LT in these and I find them better for towing my van. I will say the Falken's are a lot better in the wet than the Toyo's.I will stay with the Toyo's though.

      I was sold on the Falkens for our new set of tyres too, but the AT3's were the same price, and possibly a better tyre. I really wanted to try the Falkens out as well, but they have a new model out and I figured it'd be a waste of a test for anyone following along. Good to hear you're happy with your Toyo's!

      Yeah, its a common change. I'm not sure that more rigid, and lasting longer are better though, and if there ever was a problem, you're asking for trouble to get any warranty approved. • @4wdingaustralia
      @4wdingaustralia 26 дней назад

      I'd absolutely fit a pre filter. The damage one bad batch of fuel can do is astronomical. As for the catch can, that depends on how long you want to keep the vehicle, and who you believe. If it's a long term investment I reckon they're a good idea (Provent 200). If you're getting rid of it after 5 years or so it won't really matter, or you just go down the path of doing regular manifold cleans (every 100 - 150k or so).

When I got it home, I popped the bonnet for my weekly fluid check and noticed the bottom of the hood liner had material fluffed out and it wasn’t in its bonnet slots properly. Yeah, we've heard that, and have done it a few times, but I don't like leaving the bonnet up. We've tried camphor, and now eucalyptus spray, but it doesn't seem like there are too many well known, permanent solutions

      Sorry for the confusion! I think its literally called 'The Gorge'. It's near Aratula. Here's our blog post on it - www.4wdingaustralia.com/travel-queensland/the-gorge-camping-grounds/

    Hey just wondering did you go through isuzu directly with the issue or your insurance company as my dmax has cracked too and need to get it sorted Appreciate the advice cheers😊

      Isuzu direct mate. Take it to your local dealer, and explain what has happened, and that its common, and hopefully they help you out. If not, try a different dealer, or ring IUA directly.

      No worries. Your insurance won't cover it unless you can directly relate it to an accident, but its generally seen as a manufacturing fault, so its Isuzu's problem to deal with
